The economic arguments for equality and diversity in business are overwhelming, but companies still have a long way to go to. It will take 80 years before women will achieve economic equality with men and this would contribute $28 trillion to the global economy. Thomson Reuters Foundation, WeConnect International, Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE), & The University of Chicago Center in Delhi hosted a dynamic panel, chaired by Monique Villa, CEO, Thomson Reuters Foundation to find out how entrepreneurs in India can contribute to gender equality in business, how they can foster women leaders and how they can push for business models that incorporate doing good.
