Effects of Climate Change on Himalayan Biodiversity

All day
Through May 17, 2022

Begins
May. 16

The Himalayan region is experiencing an excessive rate of warming. Rising temperatures have resulted in varied impacts on Himalayan ecosystems, but the documentation of effects on biodiversity is limited, scattered, and not synthesized. This workshop will bring together climatologists and biologists to assess what we know. This workshop is facilitated by Raj Pandit, Professor, Delhi University, and Trevor Price, Professor of Ecology and Evolution, the University of Chicago.

Date: May 16 - 17, 2022

Time: Full day workshop
