AIIS - UChicago Conference to Celebrate the “Rudolphs”

Time TBA
Through January 13, 2017
American Institute of Indian Studies, Gurgaon

Begins
Jan. 12

The American Institute of Indian Studies in collaboration with the UChicago Center in Delhi hosted the American Institute of Indian Studies Junior Fellows Conference over two days. This annual conference brought together AIIS pre-doctoral Research Fellows pursuing archival and field research throughout India. The Fellows shared reports on their ongoing projects, and also receive feedback from senior scholar-mentors.

This rich celebration of emerging scholarship in a range of disciplines has especially honor the memory of Lloyd Rudolph and Susanne Hoeber Rudolph, both Professors of Political Science at the University of Chicago and eminent scholars of India, peerless mentors of junior researchers, and many-time AIIS Fellowship recipients.
